Brief

The Content Operating System is a joint offering from Code and Theory and Adobe that helps sports teams and leagues keep up with fan demand for content — automating production at scale on Adobe's CX Enterprise stack, including GenStudio and CX Analytics. I worked with the design director on the visual language for the launch — photography, layout, and art direction — and built the interactive site that explained how it worked. That same visual system carried into a hands-on jersey-design experience, extending the idea from screen to something people could actually hold.

Finding

The visual system leaned on a tool a motion designer built specifically for this launch — generating data fractals and 3D renderings that pushed into the z-axis, giving the whole identity a sense of depth and motion a flat, two-dimensional system couldn't have carried.

Process

From a working site to a jersey in hand.

Once the visual direction was set, I built the frontend for thecontentoperatingsystem.com — with guidance from the head of design and a developer handling the backend — walking visitors through how the product worked in the same visual language the whole launch was built around. That language carried into an in-person experience: an interactive station where visitors could design their own jersey, choosing a kit, a name, and a crest generated with Adobe Firefly. I designed the interface for that interaction and the packaging for the finished jerseys that shipped out afterward.
